I’m Tina Gordley, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association and serving in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania area. At the heart of all I do is a client-centered process that uplifts and supports YOU—encouraging you to step into a version of yourself you may not have thought was possible.
My Story
My Background
I was raised in Pennsylvania by parents who owned and operated a farm market, which gave me an early foundation in real food, seasonal living, and a strong respect for hard work and integrity.
In 2016, I returned to complete my bachelor’s degree at Lancaster Bible College, graduating in 2018. That experience deepened my commitment to learning and led me into teaching at Liberty Christian Academy.
After the birth of my youngest child in 2020, I stepped away from teaching and began exploring my next direction. In 2024, I was introduced to Nutritional Therapy through a practitioner in Costa Rica, which ultimately led me to train as an NTP and step into this work.
Today, Nutritional Therapy brings together many of my long-standing interests—nutrition, education, coaching, and food-based learning. It allows me to support others in building foundational health through real food and sustainable daily habits.
Hello

My passion for nutrition was ignited when I became a mom 23 years ago. These past two decades, I’ve explored it all—calorie counting, elimination diets, raw food, vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo, even carnivore. I know firsthand what it’s like to chase results through trial and error and to struggle with understanding my body's signals. In many ways, I feel as though I’ve turned over every stone when it comes to the art of eating.
Now, in my mid-40s, I’ve come to believe that the most sustainable path is a no-nonsense, nutrient-dense, whole-foods approach—one that’s personalized to meet each person’s current needs.
My Family
Family has always been at the heart of my life. My husband, Andy, and I have been married for 25 years and recently returned to Pennsylvania after spending 15 years in Costa Rica, where we served with a Gap Year Program and partnered with churches and organizations dedicated to mentoring and serving young adults. We are the proud parents of six children and one wonderful daughter-in-law.

The Modern Mill & Larder
The Modern Mill & Larder is the evolving expression of my work as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
At its core, it is a framework for reconnecting people with foundational nutrition through real food, practical education, and sustainable daily habits. It brings together nutritional therapy principles, food literacy, and hands-on food preparation in a way that is grounded in everyday life.
The focus is on helping individuals understand how nutrient-dense foods and consistent eating patterns support digestion, energy regulation, mood stability, sleep, and overall resilience. Rather than relying on extreme approaches or short-term interventions, the emphasis is on building a steady foundation through simple, repeatable practices.
Alongside my one-on-one client work, The Modern Mill & Larder reflects a strong interest in therapeutic food education. This includes traditional food practices such as whole grain milling, fermentation, and nutrient-dense staples like bone broth, yogurt, kefir, and other foundational foods.
At this stage, these practices are shared in an educational and personal context as part of my teaching and client support work. The long-term vision is to expand this framework into broader educational initiatives and, eventually, larger-scale food-based projects, always in alignment with applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.
The Modern Mill & Larder represents the intersection of nutritional therapy, education, and food practice—grounded in real life, and designed to grow over time as a living system for teaching and supporting foundational health.
My Mission
“To actively teach and support individuals and communities who are adopting a nutrient-dense diet and healthy habits, helping them live fully and reducing preventable diet- and lifestyle-related illnesses.”
My Vision
“To foster a new standard within communities where eating a nutrient-dense, whole foods diet and embracing healthy habits is the norm, and where preventable, diet- and lifestyle-related illness is rare.”
Are you a holistic practitioner who shares my mission and vision? I would love to connect with you to see how we could partner.
